All social security pension beneficiaries whose pensions were sanctioned by Velloor Grama Panchayat on or before December 31, 2025, must complete the mandatory e-mustering through Akshaya Centres by September 30, 2026.

Dear Grama Sabha Members,

The Governing Committee of Velloor Grama Panchayat, in its Panchayat Committee meeting held on 10-07-2026, has decided to convene the Beneficiary Grama Sabhas for the 2026–2027 Annual Plan at the ward level, at the venues and times mentioned below.

All Grama Sabha members are cordially invited to participate in the meeting on time and actively contribute to the development activities of the Panchayat.

Agenda

  1. Approval of beneficiaries under the 2026–2027 Annual Plan.
  2. Approval of plan revisions, including 2026–27 Annual Plan Spillover Projects and Finance Commission Grant Projects.
  3. Discussion on the VB-G RAM G Project.
  4. Approval of Social Security Pension Applications.
  5. Presentation and discussion of the Audit Report 2024–25.
